<p>The Airborne Lidar for Aerosol Survey (ALIAS) operated from the SAFIRE ATR-42 during the EUREC4A field campaign. The aircraft was stationed in the Regional Security System (RSS) facilities based in the Grantley Adams International Airport of Barbados (BGI). The ATR-42 conducted 20 scientific flights (for ~80 flight hours), from 23 January to 13 February 2020. For each flight, the level 1 data acquired corresponds to the atmospheric signal backscattered towards the instrument telescope and detected at 355 nm. They have been geolocated, calibrated and corrected to produce level 1.5 lidar data. The database contains one level 1 file per flight and one level 1.5 file per flight.</p>
