Corynebacterium xerosis strain:GS 1 Genome sequencing

Corynebacterium xerosis is considered a commensal microorganism of human skin and mucous membranes. But it was also reported Corynebacterium xerosis has some relation with the infection of low immune condition patient. Recent years, Some Corynebacterium xerosis strains were isolated from clinical animal specimen. In order to have a better understanding about the characteristics, furthermore, the possible association of Corynebacterium xerosis with disease in human and animals, the whole genome was sequenced and analysed to find out some information correlated with infection and diseases.
