Data records of citizens who need to improve living conditions

The set includes three resources: The book of accounting of persons who are on the queue for obtaining residential premises (resource Line); List of persons who enjoy the right of priority reception of residential premises (resource PriorityLine); List of citizens who enjoy the right of early receipt of residential premises (OutOfLine resource).本数据集涵盖三类资源：其一为待获取住宅用房的排队人员登记台账（资源名称：Line）；其二为享有住宅用房优先获取权的人员名单（资源名称：PriorityLine）；其三为享有住宅用房提前获取权的公民名单（资源名称：OutOfLine）。
