Different land use types are valuable for understanding how microbial response to anthropogenically-driven environmental changes. Coastal reclamation has been a global threat to natural ecosystems, and their appropriations are disrupting bacterial diversity and ecological function through habitat conversion and landscape homogenization. However, what the differences are and how they vary with different land use types were limited studied. Here, we characterized microbial community taxonomy and phylogenetic diversity with different land use types soil in Yellow River Delta.
