资源简介:
Here we report the draft genome sequences of six Rhodobacteraceae strains isolated from the soft coral Eunicella labiata. Their Genome sizes range from minimum 3.9 Mb (Roseovarius sp. EL26) to maximum 5.32 Mb (Ruegeria sp. EL01) and their GC contents vary between 53.3% (Roseovarius sp. EL26) and 58.1% (Sulfitobacter sp. EL44). The genomes contain between 3978 (Rhodobacteraceae sp. strain EL129) and 5666 (Ruegeria sp. EL01) coding sequences and between 43 (Roseovarius sp. EL26) and 64 (Pseudophaeobacter sp. EL27) RNA genes. All strains harbour genes involved in glycerol utilization with 7 (Roseovarius sp. EL26) to 21 (Rhodobacteraceae bacterium EL53) genes present in the respective RAST subsystem. AntiSMASH analyses revealed the presence of a bacteriocin gene cluster and a homoserine lactone gene cluster in all strains. Also, all strains, except Roseovarius sp. EL26, possess a type I polyketide synthase gene cluster.
