Probit analysis of the response to phosphine exposure of four strongly resistant R. dominica strains, SRQLD, SR2QLD SRNSW, SRSA, as well as their combined cross progenies.

Estimated lethal concentrations, slopes and goodness-of-fit tests of probit lines of the parental strains, F7 and F9 progenies are presented. Insects were exposed to phosphine at generations F3, F5 and F7 for 48 hours at 25°C and 70% r.h.*Significant (P+CC = Combined Crosses [mass crosses between the F1 progeny of the following crosses: (SRQLD×SRSA) and (SR2QLD×SRNSW)].
