The phylogenetic analysis is the powerful tools for tracking certain pathogens such as antimicrobial-resistant bacteria. The number of isolates we need to analyze is increasing more and more. Therefore, to deal with this situations, we confirmed that how small sequence data characterize their genetic background. In this project, we analyze the bacterial genome by Shallow-Seq we established a novel rapid and easy-handling molecular epidemiological method.
