资源简介:
The file "growth_rates.csv" contains the cells counts taken on a daily basis of the picophytoplankton communities. Cell numbers were determined on a flow cytometer (Accuri C6). Data were then used to estimate growth rates. The column "assayT" refers to the assayed temperature at which the samples were kept (spanning from 15 up to 30°C). Column "day" represents the timepoint of sample collection and measurement. The colums "sampling_station", "cruise" and "bio_replicate" give information on the sample.
The file "photosynthesis_max.csv" contains the maximum photosynthetic rates (Pmax) at optimal light intensity (Iopt) data for each sample. Pmax was estimated from a photosynthesis-irradiance curve fitting Eiler´s model for photoinibition. The column "id" gives information regarding the sample (specifically, assay_temperature:sampling_station:cruise_number:biological_replicate).
The file "respiration.csv" contains respiration rates (R) for each sample (column "id" gives information of the samples following the previous dataset scheme). Respiration rates were collected in the dark as oxygenImpo comsumption via a Clark-type electrode.
Important notes: this collection is missing data used in the manuscript for the calculation of the biodiversity indexes. For this analysis, we used raw files (.fcs) extracted from the flow cytometer. The files were too many to be shared via the repository but are available upon reasonable request from the contact person (marilisa.santelia@gmail.com)
