Sequencing of gut microbiota in WT and LSR villKO mice with or without TNBS treatment

TNBS was injected into 14-day-old Lsr ctrl and Lsr villKO mice (n=4) (50 mg/kg total body weight, dissolved in 30% weight/volume ethanol by gavage and enema). Animals were monitored every 3h and were euthanized if they developed signs of disease or at 48h using CO2 inhalation followed by cervical dislocation. Collect small intestine contents and mouse feces, store the samples at low temperature, and send them to the company for subsequent testing and analysis. At the same time, mice in the Lsr ctrl and Lsr villKO who were not treated with TNBS in the same litter were also subjected to the same treatment as mentioned above.
