Transcriptome sequencing of Crassostrea gigas larvae cultured at different temperatures

To identify genes, lncRNAs, and pathways involved in growth regulation, C. gigas larvae at the rapid growth stage were cultured at a lower temperature to create a growth-inhibited model, which was then used to conduct the comparing transcriptome analysis with the larvae cultured at normal temperature.
