Local building regulations on the design of the building plan No 66/90 “Fuchsberg”

By means of the design statutes (local building regulation — for short ÖBV — pursuant to § 84(3) NBauO) certain urban, structural or ecological intentions for a part of the municipal area are realised. This positive design care can refer to special requirements for the design of buildings, advertising systems, enclosures as well as non-constructible areas such as front gardens. Ecological regulations for the greening of buildings or the leaching of precipitation water are also possible.
