Single cell RNA-seq of intestinal L cells in antibiotic-treated and Desulfovibrio-colonized mice

To examine the effects of Desulfovibrio on L cells, L cells from antibiotic-treated and Desulfovibrio-colonized B6.Cg-Gcgtm1.1(cre/GFP)Rpa/J (Gcg-Cre:GFP) mice were isolated and subjected to scRNA-seq. Gcg-Cre:GFP mice were treated with an antibiotic cocktail, followed by Desulfovibrio colonization. After 2 weeks, L cells (GFP+) were isolated by FACS sorting, stained with Hashtag antibodies and subjected to single cell (sc)RNA sequencing with the 10x Genomics platform.
