为保证苹果安全性,需要对苹果农药残留啶虫脒含量进行把控。《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2021)中规定,苹果中啶虫脒最高限量值为0.8mg/kg。本数据主要用于监测诸暨市流通领域苹果含量指标的情况,为监管部门提供监管依据。1.数据采集:数据采集于诸暨市场的抽检样品;2.对我市市场的抽检产品的检测值按照如下公式进行计算:X=C*V*f*k/(m*1000),式中:X为试样中待测组分含量,单位为毫克每千克(mg/kg);C为试样待测液中啶虫脒含量,单位为毫克每升(ug/L);V为试样待测液定容体积 ,单位为毫升(mL);m为试样质量 ,单位为克(g);f值为稀释倍数;K值为1。可得检查项目啶虫脒的含量数据。3将以上检测数据对比国标GB 20769-2008 《水果和蔬菜中 450 种农药及相关化学品残留量的测定液相色谱-串联质谱法》 标定的数据要求,在限定值内的为合格,超出限定值的为不合格。

To ensure the safety of apples, the content of acetamiprid, a pesticide residue, in apples must be strictly controlled. According to the National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides in Foods (GB 2763—2021), the maximum allowable residue limit of acetamiprid in apples is set at 0.8 mg/kg. This dataset is primarily used to monitor the acetamiprid content of apples in the market circulation sector of Zhuji City, providing a scientific regulatory basis for local supervision authorities. 1. Data Collection: All data were collected from randomly sampled inspection products obtained from markets in Zhuji City. 2. Calculation of Test Values: The test results of the randomly sampled products from Zhuji’s local markets are calculated using the following formula: $X = frac{C imes V imes f imes K}{m imes 1000}$ Where: - $X$: Content of the target analyte in the test sample, unit: milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg); - $C$: Concentration of acetamiprid in the sample test solution, unit: micrograms per liter (μg/L); - $V$: Constant volume of the sample test solution, unit: milliliter (mL); - $m$: Mass of the test sample, unit: gram (g); - $f$: Dilution factor; - $K$: Fixed value of 1. The content data for the test item acetamiprid can thus be obtained. 3. Compliance Assessment: The aforementioned test data are compared against the data requirements specified in the national standard GB 20769-2008 *Determination of 450 Pesticides and Related Chemical Residues in Fruits and Vegetables by Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry*. Samples with detected values within the specified limits are considered qualified, while those exceeding the limits are classified as unqualified.
