The software architecture of the pellet injection control system

The OPI of the pellet injector system can provide real-time feedback of the system control stages, device status, liquid helium flow regulator position, extruder rotation speed, fuel gas pressure, propellant gas pressure, liquefier temperature, extruder temperature, and vacuum trends of the different parts. For the sake of keeping steady operation of the pellet injection system, the alarm status is monitored by the control system. Power supply alarm, temperature alarm, vacuum pump alarm, fuel gas alarm, driver alarm and screw extruder rotation alarm are included in the main alarms. The power supply alarm is caused by main power supply error, fast valve power supply error or cutter power supply error. Temperature alarm indicates that the temperature is above the upper limit temperature or under the lower limit temperature. The vacuum pump alarm caused by roots pump error, rotary pump error, dry pump or molecular pump. The fuel gas alarm indicates that the fuel gas pressure is over the upper limit. The driver alarm indicates that the driver inverter doesn’t operate properly or doesn’t response. The screw extruder rotation alarm indicates that there is no signal from rotation sensor during 100 s
