This dataset contains dune information derived from multibeam sonar surveys of the Missouri River from 2021 to the present and between river kilometer (RKM) 0 to 590. The data are stored in MATLAB .mat format as a structured array (MoRiverData) and include bedform length, height, and flow depth for each reach. Other information for each survey includes survey date, flow conditions, and USGS gage data. Finally, data for each bed elevation profile (BEP) were separated by cell array. This allows for analysis of the dunes contained within individual profiles which include: dune length, height, flow depth, easting and northing coordinates given by NAD83/UTM Zone 15, as well as river mile and river kilometer. These data were produced and compiled to support analysis of multibeam surveys on the lower Missouri River (LMR). This analysis aimed to test and reevaluate mean bedform scaling relationships for the LMR as well as statistical behavior for the database.
