microRNA expression during tooth development

We investigated expression profiles of miRNAs in developing first molars at E16, P1, and P3. Small RNA samples prepared from developing molars were examined by means of Genopal-MICH07 DNA chips.本研究针对胚胎第16天（E16）、出生后第1天（P1）与出生后第3天（P3）的发育中第一磨牙内的微小RNA（microRNA）表达谱展开了探究。研究人员采用Genopal-MICH07 DNA芯片，对从上述发育中第一磨牙制备的小RNA样本进行了检测。
