Replication Data for: Principals’ Moral Identity and Transformational Leadership of Public Secondary Schools in Taiwan

This dataset contains survey responses from 47 public secondary school principals in Taiwan who participated in a study examining the relationship between moral identity and transformational leadership. Participants completed the Chinese versions of the Self-Importance of Moral Identity Scale (Aquino & Reed, 2002) and the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ-5X). The dataset includes variables measuring: Moral Identity Internalization Moral Identity Symbolization Transformational Leadership Components (Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, and Individualized Consideration) Demographic variables (gender, age group, years of administrative experience, school level, and school size)
