Data and R code for submitted manuscript "Niche differentiation, reproductive interference, and range expansion"

This repository contains the data and R code for running the analyses and creating the tables and figures in the manuscript "Niche differentiation, reproductive interference, and range expansion". The files with .tif file extensions are environmental data layers. The R script that requires those files (base.maxent.script.R) expects them to be in a directory called "envtif" (that folder was too large to be uploaded as a zipped document). All other data files are zipped in the folders expected by the scripts.
