Biomechanical in vitro comparison between anterior column realignment and pedicle subtraction osteotomy for severe sagittal imbalance correction
收藏资源简介:
The Dataset collects the Range of Motion (RoM), the Neutral Zone (NZ) and the maximum principal strains on primary rods measured on the intact specimens and following pedicle subtraction osteotomy stabilized with 2 rods (PSO-2), with 3 rods (PSO-3) and with 4 rods (PSO-4) without any cage and following also adjacent interbody cages insertion (PSO-2+Cages, PSO-3+Cages, PSO-4+Cages, respectively) and following anterior column release (ACR) with a standalone hyperlordotic ACR-Cage and with bilateral instrumentation using 2 rods (ACR-Cage+2) in all loading conditions (flexion/extension, lateral bending, axial torsion).<br>Full paper details: La Barbera L, Wilke HJ, Liebsch C, Villa T, Luca A, Galbusera F, Brayda-Bruno M.
