Quantitative visual analysis of global Leymus chinensis research

This study extracted bibliographic data from the Web of Science (WoS) Core Collection database using the following search parameters: The search query was formulated as TS=(“Leymus chinensis” OR “Leymus chinense” OR “Aneurolepidium chinense”) to encompass taxonomic variations and historical nomenclature of the species. The temporal range was restricted from January 1, 2000, to April 12, 2024, with language filters set for English publications. Document types were limited to peer-reviewed research articles, explicitly excluding review articles, conference proceedings, and other non-article publications. After applying these search constraints, 1,013 qualifying records were identified and subsequently downloaded as primary research data. The retrieved dataset, comprising full bibliographic metadata (including titles, authors, abstracts, keywords, and citation networks), was systematically organized with numerically coded filenames corresponding to the sequential numbering of downloaded documents (001-1013). This structured dataset serves as the foundation for subsequent bibliometric and content analyses in this investigation.
