We report high-throughput RNA sequencing of WT, ?fnr?arcA (FA), ?fnr?ihf (FI) and ?arcA?ihf (AI) strains in the exponential phase under anaerobic fermentative conditions Overall design: RNA was extracted from two biological replicates of WT, ?fnr?arcA (FA), ?fnr?ihf (FI) and ?arcA?ihf (AI) strains in the exponential phase under anaerobic fermentation conditions, grown in glucose minimal media conditions. RNA sequencing was done using Illumina HiSeq 4000 platform.
