Model output and scripts for QUINCY-JSM simulations for Amazonion forest sites

This dataset contains the model output and R scripts used in the analyses and figures for the study: Simulated CO₂ fertilization drives progressive phosphorus limitation via accelerated organic cycling in Amazonian forests. Simulations were performed with the QUINCY land surface model coupled to the microbial-explicit Jena Soil Model (JSM) to investigate carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus cycling across an Amazonian soil phosphorus gradient under historical increases in atmospheric CO₂ (1901–2019). The archived files include processed model output used for statistical analyses and figure generation, together with the R scripts required to reproduce the analyses and visualizations presented in the associated manuscript. The simulations examine how soil phosphorus availability influences forest productivity, carbon allocation, microbial phosphorus cycling, and ecosystem carbon storage under rising atmospheric CO₂. This repository is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and reuse of the analyses presented in the accompanying publication.
