Nevers to Villeroy (1595): provisional cipher-symbol transcriptions and bounded enumeration results

This dataset provides partial visual-symbol transcriptions, uncertainties, necessary source locations and early bounded enumeration results in JSON, TXT and a minimal TEI projection. Version 0.1.1 adds high-level findings and limitations from subsequent research while retaining the version 0.1.0 transcription and R1/R2 results. It supports source comparison, correction and further hypothesis checks. No independently validated target key or new plaintext is supplied, and full human collation has not been completed.
