资源简介:
Data associated with the manuscript "Terrestrial runoff divides the Central Arctic Ocean and shapes the biologically relevant marine lightscape". The data set is currently under-going data archiving. This is a preliminary version for peer-review that will be replaced with a permanent record, primarily at data.npolar.no. The published files have not yet been fully – may be small errors in the files (e.g. metadata, format). Feel free to get in touch if any errors are found. Associated parameters are found at https://doi.org/10.21334/NPOLAR.2022.D1E609E2.  "AeN_Abs..." – Particulate and CDOM absorption measurements, including NAP absorption. "AeN_ACS..." – In situ optical measurements with the SeaBird ac-s instrument. "aCDOM..." – The two spectra used in the lightscape modelling. "run_Nansen..." – model output (including spectral irradiance) from the Heimdall model for the "low CDOM"-case. "run_Amundsen..." – model output (including spectral irradiance) from the Heimdall model for the "high CDOM"-case.   Please cite the pre-print if you use the data.
