Biosynthetic gene clusters from deadwood-inhabiting bacteria (MAGs)

Biosynthetic gene clusters identified in bacterial MAGs (metagenome-assembled genomes) from Fagus sylvatica deadwood. The deadwood microbiome was shotgun sequenced with PacBio Sequel II and assembled with Hifiasm-meta. MAGs were identified with metaWRAP v1.3.2. Biosynthetic gene clusters in each MAG were predicted with antiSMASH 6.1.1. 

These predicted biosynthetic gene clusters represent a subset of biosynthetic gene clusters available in the Zenodo record 10.5281/zenodo.10529179, which is based on the complete deadwood shotgun metagenome.
