This repository contains the raw and processed data, together with the R scripts, associated with the manuscript:

“Riding the heatwave: the effects of temperature and nutrition on heat-injury accumulation and repair in Daphnia magna.”

Accepted in Proceedings of the Royal Society B

The dataset includes all experimental measurements used to assess thermal tolerance and recovery dynamics in Daphnia magna under different food quality and recovery temperature treatments following heat stress.

Repository contents:- results_TDT.txt: data of Experiment 1, to produce TDTs of different food treatment.- resultats_manip_final.txt: data of Experiment 2, about recovery dynamics.- Rcode.R: R script reproducing all statistical analyses reported in the manuscript and generating all main and supplementary figures- ReadMe.md: file descriptions and workflow instructions.

All analyses were performed in R version 4.1.2. Required packages are listed at the beginning of the script.
