资源简介:
This dataset comprises the raw data from 152 structured interviews conducted in June 2022 with residents of the buffer zone of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Medina of Tunis, Tunisia. Raw materials include transcriptions in Tunisian Arabic and French translations in .docx format, along with a small number of audio files in mp3/m4a format recorded during fieldwork. Interviews were conducted in Tunisian Arabic by 18 master students from the National School of Architecture and Urbanism (ENAU) and the Higher Institute of Environmental Technologies, Urban Planning and Building (ISTEUB), University of Carthage. The interviews addressed three questions: how residents send, receive, and share information about their neighbourhood; which digital platforms they use and why; and how they perceive the potential impact of participatory heritage platforms on their endangered built environment. The corpus was produced as part of a cotutelle doctoral research project between the Université libre de Bruxelles and the University of Carthage. It constitutes a rare collection of spoken Tunisian Arabic from a socially mixed urban heritage area, collected at a specific historical moment. Files are organised by team (B1–B9), day, and interviewee number. Researchers wishing to access the dataset are invited to submit a request via Zenodo.
