DLL3 binds NOTCH1

DLL3 interacts with NOTCH1 when the two proteins are expressed in the same cell (inferred from mouse homologs). The interaction occurs in endosomes and targets NOTCH1 for degradation in lysosomes before NOTCH1 can be presented at the cell surface, resulting in an inhibition of signaling by NOTCH1 (inferred from mouse homologs).

DLL3与NOTCH1在相同细胞中表达时相互作用（由小鼠同源物推断）。此相互作用发生于内体中，并在NOTCH1能够呈现在细胞表面之前，将其靶向至溶酶体进行降解，从而导致NOTCH1信号通路的抑制（由小鼠同源物推断）。
