资源简介:
Raw data from the study "Single-particle analysis of small extracellular vesicles from human follicular fluid unveils immunomodulatory PD-L1+ subpopulations and potentially fertility biomarkers" can be found here. The study involved the detailed characterization of small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) derived from the follicular fluid (FF) of ten women undergoing fertility treatments. We assessed the expression and colocalization of CD63, CD81, CD9, and PD-L1 on individual sEVs using a specialized platform that integrates single-particle interferometric reflectance imaging sensing (SP-IRIS) with single-particle antibody capture and immunofluorescence labeling. Complementary analysis of sEV size distribution was performed via atomic force microscopy (AFM).
