The histone code reader Spin1 controls skeletal muscle development

We report developmental defects in Spin1(Myf5-Cre) mice, in which Spin1 is ablated in skeletal muscle. RNA sequencing of skeletal muscle of Spin1(Myf5-Cre) and control fetuses at E15.5 and E16.5 and of tibialis anterior of surviving Spin1(Myf5-Cre) and control mice at three weeks of age (P21).
