资源简介:
This data set contains the results of testing of fiberboards with different amount of suberinic acid esidues (SAR). The SAR obtained from birch outer bark extraction were used in this study to examine the impact of their incorporation into high-density fiberboard (HDF). HDF boards with target densities of 800 kg·m−³ were manufactured using varying SAR contents of 0, 1, 5, 10, 20, and 50%. Standardized tests were conducted to evaluate the mechanical and physical properties of the resulting boards. Mechanical performance was assessed through screw withdrawal resistance, modulus of elasticity, modulus of rupture and internal bond, while surface water absorption, water absorption and thickness swelling were used to evaluate moisture resistance and dimensional stability.
