scRNA-seq analysis of Cd45+ cells isolated from MC38 tumors inoculated in p53+/-, Lck-Cre and p53fl7KQ/-, Lck-Cre mice

Tumor-infiltrating T cells are critically involved in modulating immunological responses within the tumor microenvironment (TME). We employed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis to determine T cell-intrinsic p53-mediated regulation of antitumor immunity. Cd45+ leukocytes isolated from MC38 tumors inoculated into p53+/-, Lck-Cre and p53fl7KQ/-, Lck-Cre mice, respectively, were collected by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) with the PE-conjugated Cd45 antibody and subjected to scRNA-seq analysis.
