Transcriptomic_analysis_of_naive_and_activated_CD8_T_cells

RNA was isolated from purified CD8 T cells obtained from C57BL/6 wildtype mice (n=10). The intention of the study is to determine the differences in gene expression between naive and activated CD8 T cells from male and female mice. The hypothesis is that there are significant changes in gene expression between these two states of CD8 T cells, and potentially differences between genders. The results of the project will form the basis of a subsequent screen to thoroughly investigate how CD8 T cells are regulated at the genetic level. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
