TaqMan SARS-CoV-2 mutation panel and spike gene sequencing for the detection of SARS-COV-2 VOCs

Ti is raw data of the comparison between two tests for the screecring od SARS-COV-2 variant of Concern in Cameroon: the partial spike gene sequencing and the TaqMan SARS-CoV-2 mutation panel from Thermofisher that is based on the SNP principles. A Very Good Concordance was obtaines for the 2 tests.

本数据集收录了针对喀麦隆SARS-COV-2变异株筛查的两种检测方法的比较原始数据：部分刺突基因测序与基于SNP原理的Thermofisher公司TaqMan SARS-CoV-2突变检测板。两种检测方法之间实现了极高的契合度。
