Clarify scarcity vectors — distinguishing the baseline geometric registry from the effective predictive registry with echo-lift.

Audit ΔL implementation — correcting a normalization mismatch that caused Oxygen (Z=8) and a few other entries to appear as gate violations in the CSV despite being lawful closures in the manuscript.

Refine calibration language — constants such as and environmental coefficients will be explicitly marked as geometric derivations with empirical modulation, ensuring transparency and consistency.

This update will align the dataset with the published manuscript so that both present a unified and internally consistent framework.

The updated files (v2.5) will be released shortly.

This dataset is the computational atlas generated through the Octomorphic Pipeline (OPA Phases 1–26), culminating in the unified periodic registry table of 128 entries. It extends the Living Fold framework by explicitly filling the scarcity-driven registry with lawful values derived from the octonionic kernel , subject to the canonical gates .

The atlas demonstrates how the registry structure—previously articulated in The Living Fold https://zenodo.org/records/16920192 (§3 Scarcity and the Registry; §6 Magic Numbers and π³ Shell Theory; §8 Periodic Architecture)—is concretely realized across all 128 admissible seats, including environment-tuned echo-lift capacities.

This file therefore serves as the explicit computational backbone for the Living Fold proofs:
