We cultured splenic NK cells in either low (10 ng/ml) or high (100 ng/ml) doses of IL-15 for ~72 hours. We then performed ATAC-seq to compare differentially accessible regions. Overall design: Comparison of differentially accessible chromatin regions between mouse NK cells cultured in low dose and high dose IL-15, in duplicate.
