Data were produced for use in differential expression analysis to assess genomic responses to heat shock in Paroster diving beetles (Dytiscidae: Hydroporinae). Sample names correspond to the temperatures individuals were subjected to: C (control treatment, 25C outside of experimental setup), 25C (in experimental setup), or 35C (in experimental setup).
