Sampling points in the natural environment for drinking water supply (AEP) in Seine-et-Marne

Positioning of water sampling points in the natural environment carried out by persons of public status with a view to supplying drinking water to human communities (Articles L131-2 and L131-2-1 of the Public Health Code, Article L215-13 of the Environmental Code). Such levies shall be the subject of a declaration of public utility. These can be taken from the soil (neap or karst circulation), at the emergence of a source, or in the surface water network (river or water body), possibly in the sea. For the sake of homogeneity, the same type of medium is used for all samples.
