Antigen-bearing cDC2 isolated from 2 or 23 month old mice 22hrs after immunisation with EaGFP in IFA 2 or 23 month old male C57BL/6 mice were immunised subcutaneously in the hind flank with EaGFP in IFA, 22 hours later the inguinal lymph nodes were taken and GFP+MHCIICD11c+CD11b+Lineage-CD172a+CD24- cDC2 cells were flow sorted into lysis buffer for transcriptomic analysis
