Real estate City of Turin – Unavailable assets

The real estate property owned by the Metropolitan City of Turin is divided into real estate: State and assets (available and unavailable). Unavailable assets include the assets of the categories referred to in Article 826 of the Civil Code, as well as all other assets defined as such by state and regional laws. The real estate consists of buildings, land, mineral waters, thermal baths, quarries and peatlands. The final value refers to 31/12 of the year prior to publication, indicated in the “Year” field of the dataset.
