Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Area of application of the regulations on clearance in Bouches-du-Rhône

Private forests integrated into a mass with an area exceeding a threshold of 4 hectares, state forests and community forests (Articles L.311-1, L.311-2, L.312-1 of the Forest Code). Clearing is defined as “any voluntary operation leading directly or indirectly to the destruction of the wooded state of land and ending its forest destination”. Any clearance requires prior authorisation from the administration. Clearing in woods and forests below a threshold of 4 ha, defined by Prefectural Decree of 19 May 2003, is exempt from this authorisation.连片面积超过4公顷阈值的私有林、国有林与集体林（依据《森林法典》第L.311-1条、第L.311-2条、第L.312-1条）。 林木清理作业的定义为“任何直接或间接导致土地林木覆盖状态被破坏、并终止其林业用途的自愿性作业”。任何此类作业均需事先取得行政主管部门的审批许可。但根据2003年5月19日省长法令规定的面积低于4公顷的林地清理作业，可豁免该审批要求。
