Human CD56⁺ monocytes, CD56⁻ monocytes and NK cells: single-cell transcriptome sequencing data via Smart-seq2

This dataset contains single-cell transcriptome sequencing data of three human immune cell subsets, generated using the Smart-seq2 technology. Specifically, the dataset includes 3 biological replicates of CD56⁺ monocytes，3 biological replicates of CD56⁻ monocytes and 3 biological replicates of natural killer (NK) cells. All cells were isolated from human peripheral blood (demographic information and ethical approval details are provided in associated metadata). The Smart-seq2 platform was used for library preparation and sequencing, enabling full-length transcript coverage of individual cells. Sequencing was performed with paired-end reads (read length: 150bp) on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform, with an average of ~5 million reads per cell.This dataset captures the transcriptional profiles of distinct immune cell subsets, facilitating comparative analyses of gene expression patterns between CD56⁺/CD56⁻ monocytes and NK cells, and supporting studies on immune cell differentiation, functional specialization, or related disease mechanisms.
