P ≤ 0.05) identified by microarray analysis and the number of “Analysis Ready” (AR)-DEGs recognized by the Ingenuity Knowledge Base and used for Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA). On average, 22.5% of the chicken microarray DEGs identified with a valid RefSeq ID were rejected by IPA.
