Phylogenetic analyses of the new species, Talaromyces ignescens, classified in section Purpurei

We describe a new species of Talaromyces, T. ignescens, based on morphological features and phylogenetic analyses, which will be published in Fungal Planet (Persoonia). The files made available here include the dataset used for phylogenetic analyses. We also include the alignments, log files and treefiles associated with the analyses.
