RADARCNR

This dataset stores weather radar data and terrestrial microwave link configuration data as well as MATLAB programs to process them. The above data have been used to gather the results described in the paper “A Physically-based Tomographic Technique for 2-D Reconstruction of Rainfall Fields Using Commercial Microwave Links” authored by M. D’Amico, C. De Michele, C. Deidda, A. Sileo, D. Tagliaferri (Politecnico di Milano, Milan, Italy), and R. Nebuloni (Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche, Milan, Italy).  The paper ahs been submitted to the Copernicus journal “Atmospheric Measurement Techniques”. The data and the programs have been stored in a public repository assigning digital object identifiers (DOI), to accomplish the FAIR data policy required by Copernicus Publications.
