Minimum proficiency in reading, primary (%)

Percentage of children completing primary education who achieve at least a basic proficiency in reading. It is calculated by dividing the number of students at primary education who meet or exceed the minimum proficiency standard in reading by the total number of students at that stage of education, expressed as a percentage.
