Data and scripts for Seo et al. (2026)

This repository contains two Jupyter Notebooks for processing the uploaded data as well as trimmed waveform data for the analyzed events and the analyzed products (ASTFs, measured tauc tables, posterior solution ensembles) that facilitate reproduction of the results and the figures.

01.Load_ASTFs_and_Calculate_Tauc.ipynb

This Jupyter Notebook demonstrates for 3 May 2020 event (no. 16) how to load the uploaded ASTFs and calculate tauc.

02.Load_SDM_posterior_solution_ensemble.ipynb

This Jupyter Notebook demonstrates for 3 May 2020 event (no. 16) how to load the uploaded posterior solution ensemble and plot posterior marginal distributions.

This compressed file contains following four datasets. Refer to accompanying Jupyter Notebooks regarding how to load these.

1.waveforms_46events

Trimmed unfiltered waveforms (*.SAC format) for 46 events for all the analyzed stations (both target and EGF). 

2.ASTFs

Direct P, direct S, and SmS ASTFs for 46 events (*.pkl format).

3.tauc_table

Measured tauc_table for 46 events used for second-degree moments inversion (*.csv format).

4.solution_ensemble

Posterior solution ensemble for 41 events with successful second-degree moments inversion (*.npy format).
