Industrial crimping waveforms across five wire gauges with naturally occurring defects and signal drift
收藏资源简介:
Industrial crimping waveforms across five wire gauges with naturally occurring defects and signal drift This dataset contains 9,829 crimping waveforms from six production sequences supplied by Sungchangsa Co., Ltd., South Korea. The sequences cover 14, 16, 18, 20 and 22 AWG wires and contain 9,803 CFM-accepted and 26 CFM-rejected operations. No defects were deliberately introduced. Production personnel individually checked all 26 rejected products using a pull/retention test: a product passed if the connection remained intact under the specified test load and failed if the wire pulled out. All 26 rejected products failed this check. The numerical test load is confidential. Labels originate from the CFM decisions; independent test results for every accepted product are not provided. Each CSV contains 200 ordered waveform columns and a label column (0 accepted, 1 rejected). Original signal values and the order of the included operations are preserved. Filename dates identify the sequences. Values use the native instrument scale rather than calibrated force or voltage. The waveform columns follow measurement-point order rather than a calibrated elapsed-time axis. The package includes production metadata, a data dictionary, row-correspondence information, file checksums, validation reports and Python scripts for integrity checks and waveform analysis. The six CSVs support waveform comparisons and analysis of signal changes in production order. Detailed descriptive results and peak-sequence diagnostics are provided in docs/waveform_diagnostics.md. Original Pro-Lite exports are outside this public release; optional source-dependent tools require local source inputs. Data, metadata, documentation and derived outputs are licensed under CC BY 4.0. Python scripts under scripts/ are separately licensed under MIT. Full license texts and scope are included. Dataset creator: Jinwoo Song. Production data provider: Sungchangsa Co., Ltd.
