Is GK 50 DS — Information System Geological Map of North Rhine-Westphalia 1:50.000 — Dataset

Data set for the geoinformation system Geological Map 1:50 000 from North Rhine-Westphalia. This geoinformation system is based on the results of the Integrated Geological Survey (IGL). It contains a digital, leaf-cut-free map updated at regular intervals by new mapping findings. The following topics are provided: — Basic data, — geological detail representation including main and top layers, tectonics as well as artificially altered surfaces, — geological sections, — prequarter subsoil, — quaternary base and thickness. The data set is in construction and not nationwide.
