Evaluation of Technology Ecosystem Maturity in the Nanomaterials Industry: Raw Calculated Data and Appendix Tables (2013–2022)

This dataset supports all quantitative results of the research paper "Evaluation of Industrial Technology Ecosystem Maturity under Multi-layer Network Synergy". The data were collected from the PatSnap patent database, followed by cleaning, filtering, and coding. Contents include: raw calculated data such as core node rankings in single-layer networks (technology developers, patents, application fields), annual PageRank and centrality values of core developers/patents/fields, sub-network structural entropy, transfer entropy between sub-networks, hypernetwork mapping overlap, technology ecosystem matching degree; as well as appendix tables omitted from the main paper due to space limitations (including detailed cross-layer mapping lists of core nodes). This dataset is fully open access, supporting result reproduction, teaching, and secondary research.
